From on the road

(ON THE ROAD/Jack Kerouac,chapter2section8)

It’s American Indie Film Season on SBS, so I’ve been watching a lot of Jim Jarmusch lately…
This was most enjoyable.  Circa 1983.
I do love his style…subtle, deadpan and visually compelling.  Not many do black and white in modern times like Jarmusch…and every scene is one long shot.
Early 80’s hipsters… hmm.

In 2002, Stranger Than Paradise was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant”.

This is one of my favorite movies and I had started to search what TV dinner is since the first time I watched it.
